Shipping costs will vary based on volume and quickly you want to receive your order. You will be able to get an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering your ship-to zip code or postal code. However, final shipping costs will be determined before you confirm your order and will be displayed on your invoice.


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why make every effort and are committed to offering high-quality products. If for any reason within 90 days of your purchase you would like to return or exchange a product to, we will be happy to issue you a new item or a refund for your purchase.

Please note that all returns made back to are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Labels and serial numbers must be unaltered and located on the product in order to qualify or your return will be void. Products marked as “non-cancellable/non-returnable” will not eligible for a return. Damaged items will not be issued a refund if they are in a non-resalable condition.

If you have decided that returning a product or making an exchange is the best way to go, simply give us a call and ask for an RMA number. Shipping for returns and exchanges will only be covered in the event that mistakenly sent you a defective item or incorrect item. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue shipping refunds on items returned under any other circumstances.

Defective Products.

- understands that we are not perfect! If for some reason you have received a product that was defective, please give us a call so that we may set up a RMA and make arrangements for a return. We will replace product at no cost to you! Just make sure the product is in its original packaging, be in “as-new” condition with the packing slip, and have all its accessories (if applicable) included. Allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.

Wrong Item.

- Sometimes the product you purchased may not be exactly what you were looking for. is here to help you find what you need. If you would like to exchange an incorrectly purchased product for one that will fit your needs, please give us a call so that we may set up a RMA. We will ship the replacement product upon receiving and processing your returned items.

Custom Orders.

- Products that have been custom made for you may not be returned as they were specifically made for you and are not in resalable condition. .
